controlling your anger

Today I learnt different ways to control my anger these are some ways i use to control my anger.
-deep breathes
-stress balls
-freezing my body 
-drawing

These are things I do when I am angry
-clunking my teeth
-sweaty palms
-closing my fists
-stomping my feet

how can you control your anger?
